Refund policy

 

Here at Decor On Decor Ltd, we want you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you're not feeling the love, don't worry! We've got your back with our return policy. You have a whole 14 days to request a return from delivery - just reach out to us and give us your order details.

Returns are at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we will return the item to you at your expense.
